This site offers our visitors access to our collection of clothing. By accessing or utilizing the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Services & Products
In order to utilize our website, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and posses the legal authority, right and freedom to enter these Terms as a binding agreement.
Product Terms
When purchasing an item you agree that (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making the purchase of that item: (ii) You enter a legally binding contact to purchase an item when you commit to buy and you complete the check-out process.

The cost of each item is clearly listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the price for a product displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Further information about pricing and sales tax is listed on the payments page.
Returns and Refund Policy
We are happy to offer a return policy for our products. For any undamaged product, return it with everything included along with the package within 10 days of purchase to receive a full refund. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note: (i) Products can only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased: (ii) Products that are worn, washed or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Ownership of Logos and Designs
All of our logos and designs listed on our apparel and any item listed on our website are trademarked and owned by Live On The Legacy, LLC. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under such intellectual Property Rights, and you agree to not sell, license, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, display, edit, or create derivate works thereof.
Limitation of Liability
To the Maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Live On The Legacy, LLC. be liable for and indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of our products or services.
Rights to serve and modify terms
We reserve the right to refuse service and products to any individual for any reason. We also reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our discretion at any time. Therefore, you should revise these pages frequently. Your continued use of our website and our products constitutes your acceptance of these new terms.
